Zoom is a cloud-based platform for video and audio conferencing, mobile collaboration, and simple online meetings. Zoom's web-based conferencing uses high-quality video and audio and is accessible on macOS, Windows, iOS and Android mobile devices. Anyone in the world can join a Zoom meeting, but only a host can start/create meetings.

Important: UK EDU Zoom (uky.zoom.us) is not approved for use with Protected Health Information (PHI). For HIPAA-related meetings or data, please use Microsoft Teams or contact eLearning@uky.edu for guidance on approved options.

UK EDU Zoom users also have access to Zoom’s 24/7 live support, including chat and phone assistance, through the Zoom Support Center.

This is the best option for real-time help with meetings, recordings, or Zoom features.
