This came immediately on the heels of a cigar bar exemption that failed in Louisville. Keep an ear to the ground all across the state for similar proposals!

Hope Light has used libraries for cancer corners for many years to find they are successful in providing a commonly known and respected place to obtain cancer materials and am glad to see they are being used in your radon pilot program.

I’ve done some recent research on radon policy for renters vs. home homeowners. I.e currently no law in Ky that supports radon testing for landlords which makes it difficult for tenets to test for radon. Any thoughts or considerations on this?

Statewide lung cancer screening awareness media campaign needed--perhaps $ to support local placement of the new screenyourlungs.org campaign materials, if licensing allows?
