Atty. Woodford praised the Kernel journalists for “pushing back on the notion of the 471 page file as a single record.” How does she recommend that journalists do that push back w the university? By filing narrower requests? Or letters that question this definition? How did Kernel do it?

How concerning an issue is the use of private cell phones by public officials to meet by text? It seems like the attorney general doesn’t think those texts should be released although in other states there have been rulings that texts by public officials must be released even if private phones were used.
