This is a program centered around how leaders can emphasize self-care strategies for their supervisees. You cannot take care of your work-related responsibilities if you are not taking care of yourself first. Through this presentation, I will name toxic productivity and highlight ways that supervisors can model self-care behaviors (e.g., work-life balance), in professional settings, all supported by psychological grounded research.
