What are your future career goals? What do you plan to do to achieve them? Although realizing some of our biggest hopes and dreams can be challenging, even your loftiest professional goals are attainable with the right strategies. During this session, you will learn how to think critically about your career goals and prepare so that any goal is within reach. By the end of this session, you will be able to: (1) understand the principle of motion vs. action; (2) create attainable goals; (3) persist and succeed in accomplishing goals in times of challenge; and (4) examine and implement SMART goals.
